Certified Personal Trainer, Nahj Badru has 23 years of experience in fitness and 13 years of experience in nutrition. It all started in 1994 when she decided to join the track team at her high school in NJ. Winning title after title and medal after medal, she had no idea that she was building the foundation for her future in fitness. She has defied the weight charts proving not everyone is meant to be a size 0. By using techniques to build both strength, endurance, toning and athletic conditioning she can help you reach your goals. Fitness has become a way of life for her and she wants you to come and join in on ALL the fun!
